Information we process

We process Shopify shop identifiers, app installation and billing status, product and service configuration, staff and location settings, availability, booking details, customer contact information supplied for a booking, and operational logs needed to provide and secure the service.

How information is used

Information is used to render availability, create and manage bookings, send requested transactional notifications, operate merchant reports, prevent abuse, provide support, meet legal obligations and improve service reliability.

Shopify data and permissions

The app requests only the Shopify permissions required to connect products and operate its storefront app proxy. Shopify privacy webhooks are supported for customer data requests and redaction, shop redaction and app uninstallation.

Retention and deletion

Booking and operational data are retained according to the merchant's plan and legitimate operational or legal requirements. Merchants may export available booking data or request deletion. Shopify redaction requests are processed through the app's registered compliance endpoints.

Service providers and transfers

We use infrastructure, database, workflow, observability, email delivery and Shopify platform providers to operate the service. Access is limited to service delivery, security and support purposes.

Security

We use encryption in transit, controlled production access, encrypted credentials, tenant isolation, signed customer-action links and monitored operational workflows. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Contact

For privacy requests, contact support and include the Shopify shop domain. We may verify authority before acting on account or customer data.
