Check service duration, weekly hours, date exceptions, resource capacity, existing bookings, location timezone, lead time and booking-window limits.
Confirm the product is connected to an active booking page, the app embed is enabled, the kill switch is off and the selected variant is eligible.
Return to Setup, reconnect the Shopify product or variant, save, then preview the product page from the completion checklist.
Open the booking in Shopify Admin, verify the status, then use the customer email and booking time when contacting support.
Customers use the secure action links in their booking email. Links expire and only expose the action needed for that booking.
Use the cancel, reschedule or manage booking link sent after the appointment was created.
Cancellation and rescheduling follow the merchant's policy and current slot availability.
The customer receives the current status, and the merchant sees the change in the booking detail timeline.
Confirmation, reminder, follow-up and merchant-alert messages can be reviewed before launch.
