What is a booking page?

A booking page is one Shopify product or service published to accept appointments. The Free plan supports one active booking page.

How do I publish a product?

Open Setup in the app, select a product, configure its service and availability, then publish. Enable the app embed when Shopify prompts you.

Why are no times available?

Check the service duration, weekly hours, date exceptions, resource availability, location and remaining capacity for the selected date.

Does it edit theme code?

No. The storefront launcher uses Shopify's theme app extension and can be enabled or disabled from the theme editor.

Can customers reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Secure customer-action links can allow eligible bookings to be managed without exposing Shopify Admin.

How do plan upgrades work?

Paid subscriptions use Shopify-managed billing. Setup and booking history remain in place when plan capacity changes.

Are confirmation emails included?

Yes. Confirmation and operational booking messages are sent from the service when notifications are enabled.

How do I request help or deletion?

Email support with the shop domain and a concise description. Do not send customer payment information.
