Terms of Service
Effective July 16, 2026. These terms govern use of 1-click Appointment Booking.
The service
1-click Appointment Booking lets eligible Shopify merchants configure products or services for appointment booking, publish a storefront booking interface, manage appointments and send transactional booking notifications.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of services, prices, availability, capacity, locations, staff assignments, policies and customer communications; for fulfilling booked services; and for complying with laws applicable to their business and customers.
Plans and billing
Plan limits are shown before subscription. Paid plans are billed through Shopify and renew until changed or cancelled. Downgrades may prevent publishing above the new plan's capacity but do not intentionally delete existing setup or history.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or security-compromising activity, unsolicited marketing, or collection of sensitive information not required for a booking. We may suspend access needed to protect customers, merchants or the platform.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable operation and safe recovery, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures or security response. Features may evolve while preserving merchant data and material paid-plan expectations where reasonably possible.
Termination
A merchant may uninstall the app or cancel a paid subscription through Shopify. We may terminate use for material breach, abuse, non-payment or platform requirements. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy and Shopify redaction obligations.
